Tellbyte helps organizations identify useful AI applications, implement agents and workflow automation, and improve implementations that are not working effectively. We assess the business process, connect the relevant systems and support the agreed solution.

Choose a useful job before choosing the tool.
Use a readiness assessment and business-process analysis to understand the task, information, constraints and people involved. Deliver findings, prioritized opportunities and a recommendation for the first implementation.
Find out why the existing implementation falls short.
Trace unsuccessful examples through instructions, source information, model behavior and integrations. Recommend a bounded repair, redesign or conventional software approach where that is more appropriate.
Give the workflow a defined purpose and permission boundary.
Build agents and assistants for agreed tasks such as finding information, preparing a draft or proposing a next step. Connect business systems deliberately and keep consequential decisions with an authorized person.
Connect the useful capability to the operation.
Map triggers, records, operating rules and exceptions. Implement repeatable workflow steps, evaluate the result and make human review, recovery and monitoring part of the scope where relevant.
Work to define and review
An AI readiness assessment. Current workflows, information sources, access constraints and existing implementations, with practical opportunities and limitations.
A scoped implementation plan. The chosen workflow, deliverables, integration needs, permissions, evaluation cases and responsibilities.
An integrated workflow. An agent, assistant, automation or repaired implementation connected to the agreed systems and operating rules.
Evaluation and handoff evidence. Results for agreed expected, uncertain and failure cases, with review guidance and operating documentation.
An improvement and support plan. Agreed responsibility for monitoring, exceptions, investigation, maintenance and ongoing improvements where included.
Access, ownership and support
Purpose and permission. Define what the implementation may read, propose or change. Separate an AI output from authorization to take a business action. The agreed scope determines access and action boundaries.
Review and recovery. Provide the evidence, uncertainty and proposed next step needed for a decision. Test incomplete information, failed handoffs and recoverable interruptions. A responsible person owns decisions requiring judgment.
Ongoing AI workflow support. Scope evaluation updates, investigation of unsuccessful cases, monitoring and maintenance around the implementation. This support is distinct from general IT operations. Responsibilities and support arrangements are defined for each engagement.
Choose the automation boundary before the model.
An AI engagement needs a business task, permitted inputs and an explicit point at which a person reviews or takes over.
Use AI where the task can be evaluated.
Start with repeated work such as organizing an intake, drafting a response or finding relevant material. Compare AI-assisted and rules-based options. Establish sample cases, acceptable errors and the person who decides whether the result is useful.
Keep actions within an agreed scope.
Separate a proposed answer from permission to change a business record. Define human review, fallback behavior, access and a way to handle unsupported cases. Do not assume a prototype is ready for unattended operation.
Questions before we begin.
Does every workflow need an AI agent?
No. A rule, integration or clearer interface may solve the task more predictably. Assessment should compare the options against the work and operating risk.
What is checked before release?
Test representative and difficult cases, permissions, failure handling, review states and the actual downstream result. Agree ongoing evaluation and support separately.
