Understand the problem. Choose the next step.
Get a clear view of the current situation before committing to a new system, implementation, or support arrangement. Tellbyte investigates the operation with the people who know it.
Start with the business, then examine the technology.
A difficult handoff, unreliable workflow, aging infrastructure, or disappointing AI implementation can have more than one cause. We review the process, evidence, systems, and constraints together so the recommendation addresses the actual problem.
- What is happening today, and who is affected?
- Where do work, information, or responsibility break down?
- What can be improved with the systems already in place?
- Which options justify a defined next engagement?
Findings your team can act on.
- Current-state review: A documented view of relevant processes, people, software, information, devices, and infrastructure.
- Findings and gaps: Confirmed observations, open questions, constraints, dependencies, and risks, with evidence distinguished from assumptions.
- Practical recommendations: Options and tradeoffs across process changes, configuration, integration, software, AI, or infrastructure.
- Recommended scope: A proposed next step with priorities, deliverables, responsibilities, and questions to resolve before work begins.
A focused investigation.
- Frame the question: Agree the problem to investigate, who needs to contribute, and what information or access is appropriate.
- Review the operation: Speak with the team, examine the current workflow, and inspect the systems and technical environment within scope.
- Compare the options: Review likely causes and practical interventions. Explain where more evidence or specialist input is needed.
- Agree the next decision: Present the findings and recommendation. A subsequent design, implementation, or support engagement is scoped separately.
Make the investigation bounded and useful.
- Access and evidence: Name the records, accounts, people, locations, and systems needed. Agree how sensitive information is handled.
- Decision and audience: Define who will review the findings and which business decision the assessment should support.
- Engagement boundary: Agree the depth of review, deliverables, dependencies, and exclusions. Implementation is included only when explicitly scoped.
