Consulting and assessment, design and planning, implementation, and ongoing support. Engage Tellbyte for the work you need, with clear deliverables and responsibilities.
Understand the operation. Define a useful next step.
Clients can engage us to investigate a problem, plan a solution, implement it, or support an existing system. The scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and support arrangements are defined for each engagement.
The work and the decision it supports.
Four delivery stages, followed by the agreements that apply across them. These describe a consulting delivery model, not fixed packages or a promise that every engagement includes every item.
- Assess: Review the current process, users, systems, information, and infrastructure. Investigate the problem, technical constraints, and practical options before recommending the next step. What needs to improve, and what does the evidence suggest?
- Plan: Define the solution, project boundary, dependencies, access, responsibilities, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Choose an implementation sequence the team can review. What work should we agree to deliver?
- Implement: Build software or AI workflows, configure and connect systems, migrate information, or deliver the agreed infrastructure project. Test and review the change before rollout and handoff. Does the delivered change meet the agreed acceptance criteria?
- Support: Maintain, investigate, and improve the systems covered by the engagement. Define support responsibilities and response arrangements for software, AI workflows, or IT operations according to the scope. What needs to keep working, and who owns the next action?
- Information and access: Identify authoritative sources and separate permission to read information from permission to change it. Define the required system, device, and account access. Which information and actions does the agreed work need?
- Project boundary: Agree what the project includes, its dependencies, the acceptance evidence, and what belongs in a later phase or a separate support arrangement. What belongs in this engagement?
- Responsibility and review: Name the implementation owner, operating owner, and people who review consequential decisions. Define documentation, recovery, and the handoff needed for continued use. Who owns the next decision?
Make the important decisions explicit.
- Start with the actual problem. Assess the business need with the people closest to it. Review the current process and technical environment before recommending a solution.
- Make the dependencies visible. Identify existing software, records, devices, networks, and third-party systems. Agree what the work relies on and which access it needs.
- Define the implementation. Plan the solution, responsibilities, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Make the first-release or project boundary clear.
- Deliver with accountable ownership. Build, configure, integrate, or install the agreed change. Tellbyte coordinates the resources needed for its delivery scope.
- Verify before handoff. Test expected behavior and recovery. Use migration checks, acceptance cases, or commissioning evidence appropriate to the project.
- Agree the support arrangement. Define software maintenance, AI workflow improvement, or IT operations support separately, including access, responsibilities, and response arrangements.
