Find the opportunity. Keep the evidence.
A lead-intelligence product study connecting local discovery, territory coverage, source evidence and an inspectable next step.
Selected work by Omar Samad. The portfolio documents a product redesign with reported launch results. Those platform results are not Tellbyte client outcomes or a claim of sole design causation.

A list of leads is not yet a useful business decision.
Local lead discovery often crosses search, directories, reviews, spreadsheets and a CRM. The hard part is understanding why a business deserves attention, what information supports that judgment and whether the team has already contacted it.
The redesign needed to connect discovery to a useful, reviewable record. Territory coverage and previous activity had to stay available when someone returned to the same market.
Follow the lead from search intent to an informed next step.
The product structure separates setting up a search, reviewing an area, inspecting sources and deciding what to verify next. Enrichment adds context to a record without treating every inferred signal as a confirmed fact.
The interface carries source evidence, incomplete information and outreach history alongside the lead. A proposed opportunity brief or message becomes something a person can inspect rather than an automatic external action.
- Make discovery specific: Search intent, target market and coverage establish what the product is trying to find.
- Keep the source inspectable: Evidence and enrichment state remain attached to the record instead of disappearing behind a score.
- Return with the history: Territory and contact context help the team revisit an area without starting from scratch.
Launch results, with their source attached.
Omar’s published case reports platform adoption and first-month revenue after the redesign, alongside a user-testing scorecard.
These figures are attributed to the public portfolio. Sample counts, measurement dates and underlying analytics are not supplied alongside them. They are not independently verified here and do not establish that design alone caused the reported commercial results.
- 3,000+: Reported new users. The original case attributes this adoption to the period after the redesign.
- $150K+: Reported first-month platform revenue. A platform result reported in the portfolio, not Tellbyte revenue.
- 85%: Reported service-fit task success. Choosing a relevant service and identifying its supporting signal.
- 80%: Reported evidence comprehension. Separating the source evidence from an AI-assisted suggestion.
- 4 / 5: Reported usefulness rating. Usefulness of the brief when deciding what to verify next.
